- First insert the plastic brake into the rope
- Then, feed the string through the bearing of the handle.
- Add the screw, adjusting it to your measure (To measure the rope you must step on it with one foot and the handles must reach the height of your armpits).
- Finally, place the rubber cap on the end of the rope to avoid any type of injury.
If you want to add a little more of resistance to your training use the weights:
- Add the weight of the measure you prefer (we recommend the largest weight)
- You must open the lid that is below the handle with the key and adjust the weight that you chose to the lid very well, then insert it into the handle.
- Remember that when closing the lid you must adjust it very well with the key for greater comfort

Q: HOW TO ADJUST THE ROPE TO MEASURE?
The correct measurement for your rope is at the height of your armpits. Step on the rope with one foot and bring the handles to your armpits and that will be your perfect measure!
Q: WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CUT THE EXCESS OF ROPE?
We always recommend, to prevent the rope from being sharp and causing injury, use a chisel and then put the black plastic protector that goes inside the adjustment and protection bag that comes into the rope kit.
Q: WHAT IS THE PLASTIC BAG WITH SMALL PIECES FOR?
They are the adjustment and protection kit to arm the rope. There are three pairs of black plastic, the first pair that must be inserted into the rope are the ones that are cut on both sides that work as a rope brake, to provide greater agility when jumping. The second pair goes at the ends of the rope to avoid possible injuries, and others are spare ones. On the other hand, there are the rope adjustment screws, which also come with a key to adjust more easily.
Q: DOES THE WEIGHT COME ON THE ROPE OR HOW IT WORKS?
No, our weight system consists of two different weight sizes, 20gr and 30gr, which must be inserted into the handle. You open the cover that is in the lower part of the handle and adjust the weight to it, then you insert it and re-adjust it very well with the key.
